Welcome to VidBite food preservation software (hereinafter referred to as"VidBite") . The purpose of this user service agreement ("Agreement") is to clarify your rights and obligations with VidBite to ensure the safe and efficient use of our services. By downloading, installing, or using VidBite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please do not use VidBite.
2. Service content
2.1 core functions
VidBite offers the following core features to help you better manage your food freshness:
Freshness screening: according to the date of creation of Food Records, will be divided into"Fresh", "As soon as possible" and"Expired" three grades.
Food Card Creation: you can take a photo of each ingredient, enter a name and expiration date, and add personalized notes.
Food classification: you can classify and select according to the types of food ingredients, such as vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, dry food, etc. .
3. User accounts
3.1 account registration
Registration Requirements: YOU WILL NEED to provide a valid e-mail address, username and password to register for the VidBite account. You guarantee that the information provided is true, accurate and complete.
Account Security: you are responsible for protecting your account information, including usernames and passwords. If your account information is compromised, you should immediately notify US and take steps to protect your account.
3.2 account management
Account information update: You Can Update your account information, including email address, username, and password, from the account settings page.
Account deletion: you have the right to delete your account at any time. After deleting the account, all your data will be permanently deleted and can not be restored.
4. User Behavior Guidelines
4.1 lawful
Legal Compliance: you must use VidBite lawfully and not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior with this software.
No Abuse: you may not abuse any of the features of VidBite, including but not limited to sending spam, interfering with the normal operation of the service, or infringing on the rights and interests of others.
4.2 content delivery
Content Review: any content you post (such as food photos, names, remarks, etc.) must comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and this agreement. We have the right to delete or edit content that violates the rules.
Intellectual Property: you have intellectual property rights to the published content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable license to use the content in the service we provide.
5. Service charge
5.1 basic functions
Vidbit's basic features are free and available to all users, including core features like freshness screening, food card creation, and food sorting.
Change and termination of service
6.1 service changes
Continuous improvement: we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VidBite service or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, updates, or enhancements. We will notify you of any major changes via in-application notifications or email.
6.2 termination of service
User Termination: you can terminate the use of VidBite by deleting the account. After deleting the account, all your data will be permanently deleted and can not be restored.
Company termination: if the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, we have the right to terminate your account and stop providing services. We will notify you by email of the reason for termination.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 service risks
Usage Risk: you use VidBite at your own risk. We do not guarantee the continuity, timeliness, security or error-free nature of our services.
Data backup: We recommend that you back up your data regularly to prevent data loss or corruption.
7.2 limitation of liability
Scope of liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage suffered by you as a result of the use or inability to use VidBite, even though we have been told of the possibility of such damage.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

Software license: We Own VidBite and all associated intellectual property including but not limited to software, documentation, interface design, and trademarks. You have only a limited license to use VidBite and may not copy, modify, distribute, or transfer the software.

User-generated content: you have intellectual property rights over the content you publish, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable license to use that content in the service we provide.
9. Applicable Law and dispute settlement
9.1 applicable law
Application of law: The Interpretation and application of this agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the law and no conflict of laws rules shall apply.
9.2 dispute settlement
Settlement through consultation: if any dispute arises between the two parties, it shall first be settled through friendly consultation. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
